How do I use a bath bomb?
For best results, ensure your bath is squeaky clean. Fill the tub with water, then gently lower the bath bomb in. It will start to fizz and foam. Avoid holding the bomb as it dissolves, as it may cause temporary staining on your skin—but don't worry, it will wash off.

How are your products approved for sale?
All of our products are legally approved for sale in the UK through Cosmetic Product Safety Reports (CPSR). These are issued for each product after a full assessment by a chartered chemist. We also hold liability insurance and ensure each product is registered on the UK Cosmetics Portal.

How long has the company been around?
We started formulating our products at home in 2019, spending nearly two years perfecting the formulas. In early 2021, we officially registered Max & Mia Bath Co. and began selling at craft fairs. After great feedback, we launched our website to meet customer demand.

Are your products cruelty-free?
Yes, all our products are 100% cruelty-free and vegetarian. We never use animal-derived ingredients or test on animals. We also ensure our suppliers uphold the same ethical standards.

Can babies use your products?
Our products are CPSR-approved for use on children aged 3 and above.

What is the shelf life of your products?
You'll find a "best before" date on the packaging. Most products have a shelf life of 9 months or longer, but they're best used fresh for optimal results.

Will bath bombs stain my bath?
No, we use stain-free colours and emulsifiers to prevent colour pooling. We recommend using bath bombs in a clean tub to avoid any residue causing staining. If staining does occur, regular cleaning products will easily remove it. For skin, avoid handling the bomb directly as it dissolves, as it may cause temporary staining—but it will wash off.
