Shipping Information

Delivery Times & Methods
Please double-check your shipping details before submitting your order, as we cannot edit addresses once an order is placed. We are not responsible for deliveries sent to incorrect addresses entered at checkout.

We aim to dispatch orders within 1-3 working days. During peak periods, such as holidays, dispatch times may be extended to up to 5 working days.

We ship via Royal Mail, offering both 24-hour and 48-hour tracked services. While items sent via 48-hour tracked (2nd class) should arrive within 2-3 working days, this is not a guaranteed delivery time, and delays may occur during busy periods. If you need your order urgently, please contact us at hello@maxmiabathco.com.

International Shipping is not available at this time.

Changes to Orders
If you've made an error with your order, please email us as soon as possible (ideally the same day) at hello@maxmiabathco.com. If your order has already been packed, changes may not be possible. Unfortunately, we cannot combine shipping for multiple orders.

Returns & Refunds
We take care to pack our products securely, but once dispatched, we cannot control how packages are handled. Bath bombs are fragile, so if you experience any breakages, please photograph the damaged items and packaging and email us for assistance.
